2. Orders & Contract

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

Supplier price changes
Raw material cost increases
Currency fluctuations
Logistics and import costs

The final price payable is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.

We reserve the right to withhold dispatch of goods until payment is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Suppliers
Logistics providers
Customs or import issues
Events beyond our control

Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Stock & Availability

We operate a just-in-time / supplier-based model and do not guarantee stock availability at all times.

If a product is unavailable:

We may offer an alternative
Adjust delivery timelines
Cancel and refund the unavailable portion only

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are made on a business-to-business basis.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective goods.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported with appropriate evidence (including photographs).

Where a claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the goods, or
Issue a refund for affected items only

Goods must remain unused and in original condition where applicable.

8. Product Disclaimer

Our products are designed to be environmentally friendly; however:

Actual performance may vary depending on usage, storage, and disposal conditions
Product appearance (colour, finish, size) may vary slightly

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied

Government actions
